Business Associate
The training for becoming a Business Associate focuses on domestic voice and back office operations for entry-level jobs. Here, experienced professionals from the field train the youth with comprehensive theory and practical sessions. Placements are usually with BPO companies. The positions typically deal with customer care/ support (domestic call center), and data entry services and progress to becoming a Team Leader, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager & Manager.
Retail Associate
The training for becoming a Retail Associate focuses on retail course, basic lessons concerning the technicalities of different types of markets, their work, and how to engage in effective marketing, sales, etc. are given to the students. The job opportunities often provided are for the positions of Supervisor, Help-desk, Sales Executive, Team Leader, Accountant, and Cashier. The workspaces are usually retail outlets and placements include billing counter jobs and store in-charge as well.
Admission Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification is NOT mandatory
- 10th standard original mark sheet to be handed over (wherever applicable)
- 18-25 years of age for girls and boys. (Training for youth above this age group is negotiable but the job is not guaranteed in all cases)
- A nominal fee of ₹100/-
